Back by popular demand – Main Team Lead for 5!
During our year end planning we will do another section where you are the team lead.
This year – instead of rolling out the goals we are doing an exercise called “Future Back Visioning.”
This is an exercise that I’ve heard Apple and Disney use to create and think big for their teams.
Imagine it’s 3 years from now and the company and the Main Team is dominating.
Then answer:
· What did we build?
· What did we solve?
· What became irrelevant?
· What new customer behaviors emerged?
Work backward to build the roadmap.

Group Itinerary – Spa Appointments
MAIN TEAM GIFT EXCHANGE (planning day activity – exchange for team only)
1. Bring a wrapped $50 gift (just team – we will be doing this at our planning day breakfast)
Choose something YOU genuinely love or use often — something anyone could enjoy. (Think cozy, practical, uplifting, or just plain useful.) (Also think – this is something you would love to receive as well)
2. Add a short-handwritten note
Don’t sign it! Just write why this item is one of your favorites or how it brings you joy, comfort, or ease.
3. At the exchange…
We’ll read the notes aloud, guess who brought each gift, and then open them.
After everything is opened, we’ll do one round of optional trades.
